Vehicle testing is the best way to determine low temperature requirements. These tests can be carried out in environmentally controlled facilities under strictly defined conditions or in actual use. Many companies and industry groups carry out customer tests in cold climates such as northern Canada or Finland.

Distributors operate on an industrial and/or geographic basis. The industrial group is especially successful in selling some types of specialties and many commodities. Geographic distributors usually handle a wider range of products from many suppHets and ate mote proficient in selling commodities rather than specialties.

Chemically related database searches can be used to estabhsh concepts and patentable ideas. The current widespread interest in MFC techniques was initiated by pioneering research performed by two industrial groups in the 1970s. Shell Oil (Houston, TX) reported their Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) approach in 1979, while a similar technique, marketed as IDCOM, was published by a small French company, ADERSA, in 1978. Since then, there have been over one thousand applications of these and related MFC techniques in oil refineries and petrochemical plants around the world. Thus, MFC has had a substantial impact and is currently the method of choice for difficult multivariable control problems in these industries. However, relatively few applications have been reported in other process industries, even though MFC is a veiy general approach that is not limited to a particular industiy.

A trade association of chemical manufacturers, representing more than 90 percent of the production for basic industrial chemicals in the US. Administers research in areas significant to chemical manufacturing such as air and water pollution control operates Chemical Transportation Emergency Center (CHEMTREC) to control and report chemical accidents. ACC is organized by industrial groups and also by issue groups that sen>e as coordinators and advocators in their fields of specializations.

API has developed specifications for V belting in oil-field power transmission applications [12]. Reference 12 is used to carry out detailed design calculations. In Cypms and Malaysia, many types of interest groups are found in the pharmaceutical sector. Nonetheless, the DRA appears to be much more dominant, compared with other groups involved in the sector. The Cypriot Pharmaceutical Services Division enjoys significant authority vis-a-vis the industry and pharmacies. Consumer and industrial groups are not well organized. In the past, consumer groups have occasionally made themselves heard and attempted to put pressure on the DRA to accord priority status to certain dmgs. 

TRI is a publicly available EPA database that contains information on toxic chemical releases and other waste management activities reported annually by certain covered industry groups as well as federal facilities. 

No broad study of tetraethyl lead was conducted. According to Kehoe, It was thought that these necessarily extensive studies should not be repeated at present, at public expense, but that they should be continued at the expense of the industry most concerned. There are several initiatives and actions in order to control and stimulate a more efficient chemical management in the tanning sector. The main incentives are environmental legislations and customer requirements. The customer requirement can be expressed as either eco-labels or restriction substance lists (RSL) of chemicals in the products developed by major brands or several industrial groups. 

The services are designed to enable the pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers to reduce overall development time and cost. Thus, research and development concentrates one of this company interests and they continuously accept new assignments for development from the private clients. However, they clearly states that the R D results and products will invariably be patented and the application will be rolled out internationally. Prior to commercialization, the developed products are evaluated and tested under controlled conditions with users and industry groups. 

The full story of all the industrial groups that have deliberately bred war, or have deliberately shut their eyes to the breeding of war, could not be contained in ten books. I have limited my story to the single group of men whose vast influence epitomizes all the others — a group that is still many years ahead of all others in the techniques of waging, in "peacetime," a future war.
