COC forms are usually printed as white originals with one or two attached carbon reproduction copies of different colors. A sequential number often (but not always) identifies each form this number is useful for sample tracking. The carbon copy stays at the project site as part of project records, and the original is sent with samples to the laboratory. The laboratory will in turn include a fully completed original COC form with the sample data package. (Technically, a fully completed COC form should include a record of sample disposal, but in reality this never happens because laboratories document sample disposal with internal records). 

The current global initiative to harmonize electronic submission format and content requirements effectively creates one standard data package for drugs or biologies. Thus, the eNDA (electronic new drug application) or eBLA (electronic biologies license application) will eventually be replaced by the eCTD (electronic common technical document). 

The Technical Committee consists of 10 pharmaceuticcd members who review the technical data. The committee meets on Tuesdays. The data reviewed by this committee include stability tests, production and amalysis data and package leaflet applications. 

In the first step of the partnership, BASF provided its eco-efficiency expertise (see Section 6.1.3 for detailed discussion of BASF eco-efficiency analysis) to help Moroccan textile dye works operate in a more efficient and environmentally friendly way. Based on the eco-efficiency analysis and the experience of many years with products and processes in the textile sector, BASF developed a software package, which was given to Moroccan companies free of charge. The software tool substantially simplifies the compilation of an eco-efficiency analysis. It uses key technical data to calculate how the manufacturing process can be improved.

The analytical group produces all of the CMC documents that support the above messages. The support is derived mostly from bridging analytical data that demonstrate technical equivalence between the proposed market formulation and the clinical formulation(s). The newly constructed superadiabatic H2S decomposition reactor system is currently being operated to develop a data package to provide evidence of the technical feasibility of the superadiabatic partial oxidation concept for the production of hydrogen (and elemental sulfur) from H2S. Successful tests have been made a photo of the sulfur product, collected at the end of a typical test, is shown in Figure 6. 

The most important requirements of a calibration gas are that it is homogeneous, stable and accurate. The most important job of the commercial gas supplier is to provide a calibration gas that meets these needs and the technical support package to validate that claim. Quality control of the materials should cover timber splices (species, dimensions, moisture content), metallic or FRP rods or plates (type, dimensions, roughness and anti-corrosion protection), and adhesives or grouts (type, storage conditions, shelf-fife, container condition). Adhesive products should be supplied in separate, clearly labelled closed packages in pre-weighed proportions (stoichiometric quantities), supplied by the manufacturer in batch coded containers. All materials used should require a Technical Data Sheet, as well as a Safety Data Sheet. Their handling and disposal must be properly controlled, monitored, documented and must follow the appropriate current regulations [72]. 

The enterprise shall capture design data in an integrated database to have a repository for the evolving integrated data package, and to provide a shared data source for the exchange and reuse of technical information. 

The integrated data package shall include the technical design information that supports product manufacturing, assembly, and integration. 

The integrated data package includes the technical design information for the life cycle processes, and the special equipment specifications and baselines, software code listings, technical manuals, technical plans, facility drawings, and special tools related to manufacturing, verification, distribution, operations, support, training, and disposal. 

A data package is packet of technical and/or management material that is provided to a review board that is evaluating the safety of a product or system. The review board uses the information and data contained in the data package to draw conclusions regarding the safety of a product or system. The data package must contain correct, current, and appropriate information in order for the review board to make a favorable determination. 

A TDP may contain or reference all applicable technical data such as drawings or automated models and associated lists, spedlications, standards, performance standards, quality assurance requirements, software, and packaging... 

RTAP has prepared decision-point review documents for the Safety Function Status Trees that document the basis for technical data and numerical values used in the EOPs. The documents have been reviewed and approved by Reactor Safety Research, Reactor Operations Department, and Reactor Technology Department. The documents are not identified by a specific document number, but are part of the procedure package for DPS0L-105-MC-29-K, Rev. 2, "Vital Safety Function Monitoring-Emergency Condition" (Reference 3), presented for review and approval by the Operations and Maintenance Review and Approval Committee (OMPRAC). The documents become part of the procedure history file and are formally documented. Changes to the documents will not be tracked and reviewed since the documents are for historical purposes only. Administrative controls are required to ensure that all values in the EOPs are adequately maintained and revised as necessary. Self-adhesive labels (and decals) are pieces of paper, plastic film or metal foil coated with pressure sensitive adhesives which adhere to any solid surfaces after removal from a release liner. They are typically used to convey various kinds of information -for example, product or package contents, barcodes, price stickers, insfructions, and technical data. 

Critical to the successtlil completion of this process are the software tools required to store and analyse the inspection and related data. This is a major task and to achieve this OIS has produced, in conjunction with a major specialist technical software provider, the Asset Condition Evaluation Tool (Acet). Acet is a comprehensive suite of programs which draws on the extensive experience of engineers working in this field for many years, to provide a readily usable and highly auditable package for this application.
