The team should consist of members such as the PM, SS, safety department, training, maintenance, research, and however many others make sense for your site. If your site includes a building with a lot of activity, a representative who works in that building might be asked to participate in an inspection/audit. The team that audits might contain a variety of temporary participants. 

Taking blood samples from volunteers is relatively easy, once they have given their consent, compared with taking urine samples. Usually, the volunteers are transported by a member of the field scientific team to a clinic near the test site where the blood samples are withdrawn and preserved by a trained certified professional nurse or doctor. The academic base in experimental medicine, in both training and scienhfic programs, must be rebuilt. Translational research, that is, specific product-related research, alone is not sufficient. Much of what is written in present-day biochemistry textbooks about the metabolism of glycogen was discovered between about 1925 and 1950 by the remarkable husband and wife team of Carl F. Universities train students to do independent research, but this is irrelevant in a company environment. Students who are trained in a very competitive environment often do not have good cooperative experience, so our program is team based. Each team has its own mentor to assist it and aid the learning process. The fellows receive a stipend, and business expenses are covered as well. 

Despite these issues, creatine remains well-known as a nutritional, performance-enhancing supplement used by athletes to improve high-intensity muscle endurance and performance. Bodybuilders and weightlifters supplement with creatine to bulk up muscles, and athletes involved in team sports train with creatine to increase their energy for sprints and other short and intense muscular tasks.
