SNVP is a lipophilic N-substituted valeryl analog of SNAP. It caused prolonged nitric oxide mediated vasodilatation in rats [70, 71]. In vivo, SNVP prevented the hyper-aggregability of circulating platelets caused by angioplasty of rabbit carotid arteries.
