Biological systems produce an extremely wide variety of natural products. This ecological and genetic diversity offers researchers a vast index of compounds to search for innovative weed management agents. 

TSCATS is an online index to unpublished, nonconfidential studies covering chemical testing results and adverse effects of chemicals on health and ecological systems. The studies are submitted by US industry to EPA under several sections of the Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA). There are four types of documents in the database Section 4 chemical testing results, Section 8(d) health and safety studies, Section 8(e) substantial risk of injury to health or the environment notices, and voluntary documents submitted to EPA known as a For Your Information (FYI) notice.

The biosphere includes ecological niches where microbes peacefully co-exist with their eukaryotic host in the human this includes the concept of the micro-biome [14], which is defined as the totality of microbial organisms that co-habit with human beings. These are some of the challenges in infectious diseases that reflect the need to maximally utilize genomic sequence information and related sciences to better control microbial disease in human populations, and to develop anti-microbial agents with a better therapeutic index.

With arrival in Ukraine market economy it is possible to mark that many ecological problems both at the regional level, and at level of our country, were intensifyed. We have not while systematized analytical data about the change of concentrations of harmful matters in the water, air, soil, but of indirect indexes put a number on one s guard.

Any duplication of these syntheses should be attempted only under the supervision of an experienced chemist who is aware of the latest ecological, toxicological, and safety requirements. These requirements must be constantly observed even if attention is not explicidy drawn to them. A further point to note is that dye chemists often write the free sulfonic acid form, even if they have obtained a salt. The reason is that the dyes are often not completely neutral or may not be a defined salt. This commonly arises when potassium or sodium salts are involved, and therefore the free sulfonic acid formula is frequentiy used as a general term. A sulfonate salt does not influence the color as such, but water solubility is affected. Consequently, for pigments the cation is always given in the chemical formula. 

Another noteworthy limitation of the SED-TOX index, which is actually a limitation of toxicity bioassays, relates to the fact that results measured in toxicity tests only provide a measure of what is occurring under very specific laboratory test conditions, and an indication of what is or could occur in the field. To maximize the ecological relevance of the laboratory toxicity tests, there is a need to relate the SED-TOX scores with a series of benthic community matrices.
