Businesses, operating in a market economy, have little incentive to implement demand management strategics on their own. They pay for the costs of shipment delays associated with moving goods and services to the marketplace (these costs are incorporated into the selling price of the goods and semces). 

Any forecast of income requires a prediction of future output volumes by product category and their prices. With the withdrawal of so many guaranteed prices with the free market economy, the forecasting of prices is particularly difficult. It may be relatively easy for milk, and possibly wheat, but is much harder for volatile enterprises such as beef, pigs (which have never had a guaranteed price) and turkeys. 

Negative externalities arise when an action by an individual or a group implies harmful effects on others such as unintended dispersion of chemicals to land, air and water air pollution effects on health forest growth or fish reproduction. When negative externalities are generated they should be internalized into the market economy. By internalizing the externalities the economic value of environmental impacts are allocated to the pollution sources and included in the economics of the activities causing the problem. This would also allow for the market to function properly and thereby reach a socially optimal level of environmental impacts. 

In 1990s, electricity consumption per capita in Vietnam increased rapidly since the country changed to market economy. In only 18 years since 1990-2008, electricity consumption per capita in Vietnam increased from 98 to 810 kWh, nearly ten times greater (see Fig. 2).

With arrival in Ukraine market economy it is possible to mark that many ecological problems both at the regional level, and at level of our country, were intensifyed. We have not while systematized analytical data about the change of concentrations of harmful matters in the water, air, soil, but of indirect indexes put a number on one s guard. 

In market economies, however, companies are confronted with competition when selling to customers and they use the market competition when purchasing from suppliers. On the other hand, market constellations can change, when many customers compete for limited resources or raw materials provided by few large suppliers. In these situations, prices, values as well as ensured profitability within each company are decisive for the sustainable survival of the business. While the supply chain emphasizes the supply aspects including ensured supply and availability (Corsten 2001, p. 94), an essence of Porter s value chain underlining the value focus and the supply chain concept is required as basis for the study. 

The analysis of the potential and the economic performance of hydrogen supply routes from neighbouring countries to Europe performed in this study are mainly based on techno-economic criteria. Tom is the owner of a small manufacturing company himself He spent a portion of the interview describing his company s recent efforts to reduce waste and increase recycling in production processes, viewing this effort as integral to the company s financial success. Tom s statements reflect an increasingly prevalent view that a successful business enterprise would by default also protect the environment. In this way, responsibility for the fate of lawn chemicals is tied to the manufacturer rather than the user, or perhaps more directly, to the free market economy. Environmentally unsound businesses cannot thrive or even exist in a complex and efficient economy. 

If the causes of current problems aflfecting food quality are understood, we will be able to foresee and predict future problems. If food quality is not controlled by the actions and compromises forced by the free-market economy, or included as part of political game , everybody will benefit.
