Table 2-3, List of Procedure Elements, lists the elements related to procedures and procedure control and indicates which guideline(s) and/or regulation(s) identify the element. In addition to many of the quality records listed (e.g., inspection reports, audit reports, operational procedures, and drawings), ESH/PSM requirements might include training records, permits, hazard analyses, audit and other response plans, and accident/inci-dent investigation reports.

Implementation of a POCT service requires a POCT policy that establishes all of the procedures required to ensure the delivery of a high quality service, together with the responsibility and accountability of aH staff associated with the POCT.
