The user can find suitable materials in a number of different ways. For instance any of the above measurands can be chosen and a search made within a specific matrix type. A list of the measurand values in all materials of the selected matrix classification sorted by decreasing concentration will be produced, including the uncertainties in percent, the certification status and the material identification code. Other search methods are possible, selection by material gives a table with values of all measurands in the chosen material in alphabetical order and additional information about the price, the unit size, the issuing date, the supphers and the exact material name. An adequately documented requirement would be a written contract, schedule of work, and/or specification. However simple the requirement, it is wise to have it documented in case of a dispute later. The document needs to carry an identity and if subject to change, an issue status. In the simple case this is the serial numbered invoice and in more complicated transactions, it will be a multi-page contract with official contract number, date, and signatures of both parties.

Share placings. Shares are issued for a consideration to known and specific parties at an agreed price, usually through the medium of a merchant bank. This reduces the element of vulnerability to takeover bids but does not eliminate the possibility, should any of the placees be prepared to sell their holdings at a future date.

These test procedures and standards are subject to change, so it is essential to keep up to date if one has to comply with them. It may be possible to obtain the latest issue on a specific test (such as a simple tensile test or a molecular weight test) by contacting the organization that issued it. For example, the ASTM issues new annual standards that include all changes. Their Annual Books of ASTM Standards contain more than seven thousand standards published in sixty-six volumes that include different materials and products. There are four volumes specifically on plastics 08.01-Plastics 1 08.02-Plastics 11 08.03-Plastics III, and 08.04-Plastic Pipe and Building Products. Other volumes include information on plastics and RPs. The complete ASTM index are listed under different categories for the different products, types of tests (by environment, chemical resistance, etc.), statistical analyses of different test data, and so on (56,128,129). 

ATCC issues Certificates of Analysis with cultures. Although ATCC Certificate of Analysis do not meet the specific requirements of ISO Guide 31, they do show that the biological RM culture has been authenticated and/or specific characteristics have been verified. Each ATCC Certificate of Analysis is lot-specific and includes expiration dates, the specific seeds used for propagation, and selected biochemical and morphological characteristics that are indicative of the culture. ATCC also aims to provide a Product Sheet for each microbial culture, with instructions for propagation, special features of the organism, and any imusual observations or properties. 

Chronology is not the only contentious issue debates over the interpretation of morphological and genetic data are as contentious as that of dating. While the anatomical classification of hominids is often problematic and can take a subjective slant, the dating is in theory objective and absolute. There is interesting physics, not all of it yet elucidated, in the interpretation of a number of the experiments listed in Table 2. Under the Existing Substances Regulation, which was passed in 1993, individual member states are allocated substances for which they are responsible for the risk assessment. To date, three priority fists for assessment have been drawn up, which cover just over 100 chemicals.
