One way to make the importance of this clear is by including a business ethics provision in the tolling contract. The CMA Responsible Care initiative can be called out in such a provision and applied to both parties in the contract if they have both subscribed to its code of ethics. This is discussed further in Chapter 3, Mutual Agreements, Obligations and Contract Considerations. 

Some have argued that computer ethics is a subdiscipline of applied ethics [5,13]. As such, examining other subdisciplines of applied ethics would prove fruitful to resolving issues that arise in computer ethics. For instance, Wong and Steinke [13] argue that computer ethics shares many similarities with medical ethics and business ethics. They suggest that the fields of medical ethics and business ethics can be useful as models for computer ethics. 

The concept of justice, that is, the matter of giving each person what is due that person, is necessarily connected to the distribution of benefits and burdens, whatever they might be and however they are conceived. These responsibilities refer to basic expectations of your organization related to business ethics and protection of public health, safety, and the environment includes your organization s operations, as well as the life cycles of your products and services. Also, organizations should emphasize resource conservation and waste reduction at the source.
