Key Dependencies and Inter-relationships V. Progress Reports and Communication... [Pg.90]

The recommendations as accepted for implementation are now ready to be documented in formal written reports and communicated, as addressed in Chapter 11. [Pg.264]

Pharmacist The Med Check Program costs 95, which includes the medication review, a written report, a visit to go over your report, and communication with your doctor, if needed. [Pg.374]

Members of the National Academies Press—Sally S. Stanfield, James M. Gormley, Estelle H. Miller, Dan Parham, and William B. Mason—and staff of the Institute of Medicine Office of Reports and Communication—Jennifer Bitticks, Jennifer Otten, Bronwyn Schrecker, and Leah Covington—provided valuable support to the FCC staff toward the publication of this edition. [Pg.1013]

The HICS document reflects the same basic principles of command and control, chain of command, predefined positions, established reporting and communication relationships, use of common nomenclature, expandability and contractility of the scale of the operation, and span of control, as did its predecessor HEICS. [Pg.145]

Daily usage of the system, including authorizations and security, Windows menu control, error reporting, and communication with other devices (e.g., peripherals) Characterization and handling of materials, including the definition of raw materials, products, and auxiliary material (e.g., packaging)... [Pg.663]

Metrics, data assurance, reporting, and communications are all critical aspects of improved sustainability programs. Responsible Care does not fully address all aspects. [Pg.381]

Contents include base techniques for incident Investigation, practical investigation considerations, multiple cause determination, recommendations and follow-through, format reports and communications issues, and development and implementation. [Pg.124]

Together the four programs provide a complete workstation environment for the storage, retrieval, reporting and communication of chemical information. To illustrate these features, data from an article in the Journal of Medicinal Chemistry (1) are used. The article describes the syntheses and testing of a series of compounds 1 expected to have antiinflammatory and analgesic activity based on previous results with derivatives of type 2. [Pg.48]

A simple 0 to 5 ranking scale can be allocated to each of the progress questions, and a total score can be calculated as a percentage of completion. When applied to the entire system, the individual and total scores will give an overall picture of the safety system implementation progress. This progress report shonld be included in various safety reports and communications. [Pg.176]

The system scope Where does a laboratory begin and end Clear definition of these two points helps to determine the scope of a LIMS. The six areas of system scope that define the matrix are laboratory operations, monitor and control of operations, laboratory management, reporting and communications, analytical decision-making, and organizational integration. This is the maximum scope of a LIMS. These comprise the horizontal axis of the matrix. The function carried out by each of these areas is outlined in Table 1. [Pg.4069]

Matrix Construction The matrix can now be formed as a three by six block and is depicted in Figure 4. There is a division between the first three items of the system scope. Laboratory operation, monitor and control, and laboratory management are concerned with functions inside the laboratory. Organizational functions are represented as reporting and communications, analytical decision-making, and organizational integration. [Pg.4069]

Reporting and communications (RC) To augment human communication Here are the means to transmit results or reports and communicate with the clients of the laboratory... [Pg.4070]

Figure 4 An outiine of the LiMS matrix. S-LiMS, L-LiMS and O-LiMS are strategic, iogistic, and operationai versions of LIMS, respectiveiy. The horizontal axis functions are laboratory operations (LO), monitor and control (MC), laboratory operations (LM), reporting and communications (RC), analytical decision-making (AD), and organizational integration (OI). The cells of reporting and communications, analytical decision-making, and organizational integration cover the functions whereby reports generated by the system are transmitted via the network, out-of-specification results are highlighted, and the cH-ents can have remote access for online query of the database. The aim of these first two cells is to transmit the report to the client effectively and highlight aberrant results this allows the client to focus immediately on problem areas. Some of the options available to implement this section are covered in more detail under Financial justification and risk assessment in the next section. [Pg.4072]

How will reports and communications of the safety committee be communicated to leadership and employees What media will be used (Adapted from Turner Turner, 1998,chap. 2)... [Pg.166]

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, including strong public presentation skills, experience developing reports and community education materials. [Pg.120]
