Balanced measures

In developing a modern performance measurement system it is necessary to take all of these factors into account, and to create a balanced performance measurement system. That is the objective of the balanced scorecard.  [Pg.87]

Mass balance measurements for 41 elements have been made around the Thomas A. Allen Steam Plant in Memphis, Tenn.
