Systematic Approach to Training

DOE recommends the use of a systematic approach to training, in which the content of training is commensurate with the potential hazards, exposures, worker roles and responsibilities, and requirements of the project (see Eigure 8-1) [1]. The description of this systematic approach sounds like a great idea. However, in some cases the execution of the systematic approach is difficult to attain.
