Operating hazard analysis

The operating hazard analysis (OHA) analyzes hazards associated with the maintenance and operation of the system, with emphasis on human factors, training and procedures, and the person-machine interface. The OHA is sometimes called the O SHA (operating and support hazard analysis). [Pg.82]

The OHA is normally prepared by the system safety working group and reviewed by management review boards. [Pg.82]

Detailed project description and design information applicable codes, standards, and regulations the PHL, PHA, SSHAs and SHA and operating and maintenance procedures (draft or final) are needed to perform an OHA.
