Adalimumab is a completely human IgGi approved for use in rheumatoid arthritis. Suspend 2 to 3 g of wet packed bacterial cells or 0.5 g of lyophilized cells in 25 mL of saline-EDTA solution in a 125-mL Erlenmeyer flask.
