These are detailed procedures used in the event of an operational emergency or malevolent act. EAPs may be applicable across many different emergencies and are typically common core elements of the overall municipality ERP (e.g., responsibilities, notifications lists, security procedures, etc.) and can be referenced. [Pg.143]

The lattice enthalpy of a solid cannot be measured directly. However, we can obtain it indirectly by combining other measurements in an application of Hess s law. Only materials that are accessible to the public have been included. The literature was screened from a chemist s point of view. In most cases it was not possible to learn the components by looking up cross-references and other sources. Papers of this kind are useless and have been omitted from the reference list.
