When I smell perfume I get sick. I get headaches and sometimes my nose bleeds. One time when we were in reading groups at school, I opened a brand new book and it smelled so strong, I thought I was going to pass out. My friends Ashley and Libby were in my group. The throat is the gateway of the Lung and the excess heat in the Lung may also bring such symptoms as sore throat and hoarseness. When heat injures the blood vessels, nose bleeds may occur. 

Sore throat, hoarseness, nose bleeds, skin rashes, irregular and difficult bowel movement and distending pain in the abdomen. 

Sheng Di Huang and Bai Mao Gen are sweet and cold. They can clear heat and cool the blood, and can be used for bleeding conditions when the heat has injured the blood in the Lung, such as nose bleeds and expectoration of bloody sputum. Moreover, both herbs are able to nourish the Yin and increase body fluids. They are used in the syndrome where the heat has already injured the blood and consumed the Yin and fluid of the Lung.

The amount of blood loss can be large or small the color can be red, dark-red, purple-red or pinkish the quality can be thin or thick.

Though gyno or water retention is unlikely to occur from the use of Halotestin, there are several side effects. Snorting the drug can also be dangerous. The delicate tissues that line the nasal cavities and air passages can be damaged by direct contact with MPH because the tablets contain hydrocholoride salt of methylphenidate, which yields dilute hydrochloric acid when it comes into contact with moisture within the nose. While this is not a problem in the stomach (because hydrochloric acid is one of the stomach acids used to digest foods), the acid can bum the delicate epithelial nasal tissues. This can result in open sores, nose bleeds, and with chronic use can lead to deterioration of the nasal cartilage. 

Isotretinoin was introduced in 1982 and had a dramatic effect on some forms of acne by blocking the formation of sebum, which it does after about a month. Isotretinoin is normally only used under the supervision of a hospital dermatologist because it is so powerful and it has several side effects such as dry skin, cracked lips, sore eyes, and even nose bleeds. It raises the level of fats and cholesterol in the blood, which some researchers have suggested could have long-term effects.171 Despite these drawbacks, it has helped those whose lives were being severely disrupted by acne and it is widely prescribed, particularly if there has been a relapse after a course of antibiotics, or where there is clearly emotional distress, or where permanent scarring is likely to occur. Intranasal corticosteroids are safe if used correctly. Adverse effects are usually localised and include dryness, irritation and nose bleed (which may require stopping treatment for a period). Rarely, ulceration and nasal septal perforation (usually after nose surgery) can occur. Headaches, smell and taste disturbances, and hypersensitivity reactions have been reported. 

Cirrhosis is often asymptomatic until complications of liver disease are present. Mrs MW may present with itching, jaundice, dark urine, pale fatty stools, abdominal pain, nausea, fatigue, bleeding - such as nose bleeds, hepatic encephalopathy, hepatomegaly, ascites, distended abdominal veins, spider angiomata, palmar erythema and asterixis. She may also present with the signs and symptoms of alcohol withdrawal, which include irritability, anxiety, tachycardia, tremor, sweating, confusion and hallucinations.

A 57-year-old woman with no history of hypertension and not taking other medicines began having profuse nose bleeds and headaches immediately after starting t o take risperidone 1 mg/day risperidone was withdrawn 4 days later and the nose bleeds stopped. 

A 42-year-old man began to have spontaneous nose bleeds while taking risperidone coagulation tests were normal.
