Inflammatory cells infiltrating postischemic tissue are considered to contribute to disability after cerebral ischemia [5,8,17]. Another major benefit that is often overlooked is the identification of factors that do not affect process or variability. These factors can then be set to their most economical level, or specifications may be relaxed. Data and statistical analysis collected during the experiment will support these actions. 

In the enzymatic process utilized for the production of fatty acid methyl ester (biodiesel) from rapeseed oil, several factors can influence both the yield and rate.
