Amines, ethoxylated

Ethylene oxide adds to the bis(2-hydtoxyethyl) teitiaiy amine in a random fashion where x y y = n y2. Ethoxylated amines, varying from strongly cationic to very weakly cationic in character, are available containing up to 50 mol of ethylene oxide/mol of amine. Ethyoxylated fatty amine quaternaries, cationic surfactants (both chloride from methyl chloride and acetate from acetic acid), ate also available. 

Ether carboxylates have also been used in formulations with ethoxylated amines, ethoxylated and propoxylated nonionics, or ethoxylated castor oil and alkanolamides for one-bath dyeing or printing with cationic and anionic or disperse dyes [176],... 

Similarly, a salt of an ethoxylated amine and a reaction product of an alcohol and a fatty acid maleic anhydride adduct produced by a reaction between maleic anhydride and an unsaturated fatty acid has been described [511]. 

Various additives in PE (Santonox, Nonox DPPD, Neozone A, Ionol and Agerite White) were determined by conventional TLC [507]. Other additives in PE, studied by means of TLC, were Tinuvin P 120/326/327/770, Cyasorb UV531, Anti UV P (2-hydroxy-4-n-octyloxybenzophenone), Irganox 1076, Sanduvor EPU, AO-4 and Dastib 242/263 [508], TLC has also been used in the analysis of additives in polyurethanes [509,510] as well as of slip additives (ethoxylated amines and amides) in HDPE extracts... 

Corrosion inhibitors are used to reduce the corrosion of surface equipment, surface casing, and the drill string by drilling and well treatment fluids. Many different corrosion inhibitors have been used. These include amine salts such as ammonium sulfite -bisulfite blends, zinc carbonate, zinc chromate, hydrated lime, fatty amine salts of alkylphosphates, cationic polar amines, ethoxylated amines, and tertiary cyclic amines. Commercial products are usually proprietary blends of chemicals. 

Antistatic agents Ethoxylated amines, lauric acid diethanolamide, glycerol monostearate... 

Common antistatic agents for food-contact and medical materials include ethanolamines (ethoxylated amines), ethanolamides, laurylamide and glycerol monostearate.

The GC analysis of silylated derivatives of ethoxylated amines and fatty acid diethanolamides, among other non-ionic surfactants, has been described for many years and reviewed recently [43]. However, most of the determinations deal with the use of old packed columns for the characterisation of commercial blends and there are no applications of GC to their study in the environment. 

Ethoxylated alkyl amines in pesticide formulations were separated using two different columns a cyano-modified silica column to determine the alkyl distribution and an amino-modified column to determine the ethylene oxide distribution [88]. The detection, specific for ethoxylated amine, was performed with a post-column ion-pair extraction system and fluorescence detection. 

Consider incorporating additives like monoalkyl quats, ethoxylated alcohols, ethoxylated amines, or solvents for ultras (concentrated fabric softeners), since they usually solve dispersibility problem stemmed from high concentration.

Antistatic additives are designed to be present on the surface of the molded part to achieve the full antistatic benefit. The types of additives used to enhance antistatic properties include quaternary ammonium salts, alkyl sulfonates or phosphate plus alkali metals, ethoxylated amines, or gylcerol esters. Antistatics are typically used at higher levels than other additives such as antioxidants. Therefore, antistatics are likely to increase light scattering, making it more difficult to achieve the higher chroma colors. 

Fatty Alcohols. Fatty alcohol is considered a basic oleochemical manufactured by high-pressure hydrogenation of fatty acids or fatty acid methyl esters. The majority of the fatty alcohol produced is further subjected to various processes, such as sulfation, ethoxylation, amination, phosphatization, sulfitation, and others.
