To the extent to which the work group members are fully conscious of and learning from this, there is no problem other than responsibly accepting the consequences that come from social rejection responses. To the extent to which lower needs for social acceptance are dominant over real consciousness, though, the work group members can simply create a different form of consensus trance than the socially dominant one, even though they call it waking up, and perhaps become more entranced than they were before. 

The technical arrangements made in connection with a contract should be in writing. The limits of the responsibilities accepted by each of the parties should be clearly laid down. 

Seismic Qualification Facility classification dependent only. Graded to performance categories in DOE Order 0 420.1 (DOE 1996). SC-i/HC-1, SC-ll/HC-2, etc. Evaluate for seismic response acceptability. Backfit only if risk/cost effective. 

If unforeseen developments make it impossible to continue the project without maintaining quality control that is appropriate to the responsibilities accepted, halt the issue of all potentially suspect documentation until the situation is rectified by firm management action. Do not be sucked into a situation of continuing chaos. 

Life-cycle analysis, in principle, allows an objective and complete view of the impact of processes and products on the environment. For a manufacturer, life-cycle analysis requires an acceptance of responsibility for the impact of manufacturing in total. This means not just the manufacturers operations and the disposal of waste created by those operations but also those of raw materials suppliers and product users. 

The environmental performance of companies within the industry is normally subject to the legislative requirements of the host government, but is increasingly becoming scrutinised by the public, as available information and general levels of awareness increase. Major companies see responsible management of the environmental aspects of their operations as crucial to the future of their business. The approval of loans from major banks for project finance is usually conditional on acceptable environmental management. 

It is no longer acceptable in most countries to treat decommissioning as an issue that can be ignored until the end of a project. Increasingly operators are being required to return industrial sites to their original condition after use. Many operators now perform a base line survey before they build on an area so that the impact of operations can be quantified, and in some cases so that they are not held responsible for the pollution of previous site owners. 

It is very important, from one hand, to accept a hypothesis about the material fracture properties before physical model building because general view of TF is going to change depending on mechanical model (brittle, elasto-plastic, visco-elasto-plastic, ete.) of the material. From the other hand, it is necessary to keep in mind that the material response to loads or actions is different depending on the accepted mechanical model because rheological properties of the material determine type of response in time. The most remarkable difference can be observed between brittle materials and materials with explicit plastic properties.

The primal advantage of hierarchical databases is that the relationship between the data at the different levels is easy. The simplicity and efficiency of the data model is a great advantage of the hierarchical DBS. Large data sets (scries of measurements where the data values are dependent on different parameters such as boiling point, temperature, or pressure) could be implemented with an acceptable response time. 

A final component of a quality control program is the certification of an analyst s competence to perform the analysis for which he or she is responsible. Before an analyst is allowed to perform a new analytical method, he or she may be required to successfully analyze an independent check sample with acceptable accuracy and precision. The check sample should be similar in composition to samples that the analyst will routinely encounter, with a concentration that is 5 to 50 times that of the method s detection limit. 

PVDE is a nontoxic resin and may be safely used in articles intended for repeated contact with food (190). Based on studies under controked conditions, including acute oral, systemic, subchronic, and subacute contact implantation and tissue culture tests, no adverse toxicological or biological response has been found in test animals (191,192). PVDE is acceptable for use in processing and storage areas in contact with meat or poultry products prepared under federal inspection and it complies with the 3-A sanitary standards for dairy equipment. 

CeUular polymers are also used for pipe and vessel insulation. Spray and pour-in-place techniques of appHcation are particularly suitable, and polyurethane and epoxy foams are widely used. Ease of appHcation, fire properties, and low thermal conductivity have been responsible for the acceptance of ceUular mbber and ceUular poly(vinyl chloride) as insulation for smaller pipes. 

The most acceptable growth regulators appear to be those compounds that already occur in nature (Table 1) and eUcit certain desirable responses in economic crops. Relative to the number of purely synthetic materials available, the natural products are a very small group that has not grown appreciably since the early 1950s.
