One of the most popular forms of load stability in recent years. It consists of an anchored sheet of film being tightly wound around a load, manually or automatically. The control of tension is of great importance since if the wrap is too tight then crush damage occurs, particularly to the comers of the load.

Designing a dispense process requires a decision to load parts into the dispenser manually or to use an automated loader. When required, fuel bundles are transferred to the new fuel transfer room located in the reactor building. Fuel bundles are identified and loaded manually into the magazines of the two new fuel ports. Transfer of new fuel bundles into the fueling machines is remotely controlled.
