Carbon capture and sequestration is a technology that is being explored to curb the anthropogenic emission of C02 into the atmosphere. With the environmental issues and energy crisis problem associated with greenhouse gas effect being more and more prominent, CO2 capture-fixation-conversion has been a worldwide hot topic for sustainable development [1-12]. 

The choice of the values of X and Y, which have long-term consequences, requires consideration of the conflicting problems of sustainable national economy and world environmental threat. The economy issues stem from such needs as the increase in electricity supply and the reduction of petroleum import. The environmental issues stem from such desires as the abatement of global emission of greenhouse gases and local emission of smog-forming vehicle exhaust. 

Increasing concentrations of atmospheric N2O contribute to two environmental issues of the day. In the troposphere it contributes to the greenhouse potential in the stratosphere it contributes to ozone destruction. 

However, the above-mentioned significant contributions to the greenhouse effect of the transportation sector, the always present environmental issues in urban areas, and the foreseeable scarcity of fossil fuels in some decades, strongly drive the interests of private and governmental research centers towards the study of novel propulsion systems, able to face the cited problems. 

There are a variety of reasons that corporations adopt voluntary environmental actions to address greenhouse gas emissions or other environmental issues. Some companies have attributed these actions to sustainable development goals or environmental stewardship policies (Margolick and Russell 2001). However, it is often difficult to separate these goals from economic motives (Kolk and Pinske 2004). 

VOCs, which are present mainly in the gas phase, play important roles in a range of environmental issues. These important roles involve their global greenhouse effect, their toxic or carcinogenic human health effects, their accumulation and persistence in the environment, and their role in secondary aerosol formation. The definition of VOC is often very diffuse. In physicochemical terms, the term VOC refers to those organic compounds that are present in the atmosphere... 

From a technical and economic viewpoint, COCONUT is still, in 1984, the only viable medium term strategy for most industrial nations. However, there are two other factors which have arisen to complicate the issue. One is public concern over the safety of nuclear power and the disposal of radioactive waste. The other is similar public concern over acid rain and the so-called "greenhouse effect caused by the build-up of CO2 in the stratosphere both of these undesirable effects have been ascribed to the burning of fossil fuels. These concerns are the subject of extensive public debate and professional evaluation at present and it is not profitable to speculate on the outcome[6]. Clearly, conservation alone is an inadequate strategy and the renewables will be continuously monitored and reassessed in the light of additional financial burdens which may fall on nuclear power and coal-burning to produce technical solutions which satisfy the public as regards safety and environmental issues.
