Sample preparation The SPE cartridges were contained in 96 well MicroLute IISPE blocks (Porvair Sciences) with each cell packed with 50 mg Varian CIS. Condition each cell with 400 m-L MeOH and 400 m-L water. Centrifuge plasma at 1000 g for 10 min. Mix 500 m-L plasma with 500 m-L 1 ng/mL IS in 100 mM pH 7.4 ammonium formate buffer, wash with 400 xL water, wash with 400 p.L MeOH water 40 60 (40% aqueous methanol), elute with 200 m-L MeOH.
