Directives test reports

The test report shows all indications in a top and side view of the weld, which makes it directly accessible even to ultrasonic laymen. 

This arrester is nsnally designed to be effective in one direction only. However, hydranlic arresters exist that are reported to be effective in preventing flame propagation in both directions. Tests to establish this on a particnlar hydranlic arrester design are described by Flessner and Bjorklnnd (1981). 

Interpretation/report The chlorine results are inclusive so Joe proposes a more direct test. 

The ILAC recommends that the logo of the accreditation body not appear on the test report, lest it be taken as a direct endorsement of the test results. However, the marketing value for the accreditation body is as significant as it is to the testing laboratory, and the practice of including the logo is widespread. 

Recently pCF using a triple isotope mixture (H/D/T) target has drawn considerable interest [31], particularly because of resonances in the d/it formation in the pf + HD collisions, predicted to be even stronger than the /it + D2 case. Our thin film target allows us to create nt collision with pure HD molecules, and time-of-fiight method described here should give a direct test of the theoretical prediction. The data for the /it + HD collision have been collected, and the result will be reported in our future publication [32]. 

The test report is a guarantee for farmers, dealers and manufacturers because the machine directive and other national and international environment regulations provide for specific requirements and responsibilities. 

With this, the dealer has the guarantee that he is selling products that fulfill existing standards and for the farmer it is important to use machines that fiilfill existing standards too. It is well known that despite the EU Directive and national regulations, dealers are, in some cases, selling or renting machines that are not up to standard. In addition, the test report offers useful information for the best choice of machines in relation to his real needs. 

The results described in this paper were all obtained from tests on E-glass reinforced composite materials produced by hand lay-up. This is the manufacturing route most frequently used for marine structures. For the majority of the tests reported here the E-glass fibres were either quasi-unidirectional (250 g/m with 1 g/m of polyester fibres bonded in the 90° direction to keep the UD fibres in place) or stitched quadrlaxial (0/45/907-45° 1034 g/m ) cloths. The same uniaxial ply is used in both cloths. The resin is based on DGEBA epoxy (SRI500) with an amine hardener (2505) from Sicomin, France. All epoxy specimens were post-cured at 90°C for 6 hours. Saline-treated controls made the fewest errors. Animals exposed to the neurotoxin MAM were slower to abandon a previously learned solution to try new routes to food. However, animals treated postnatally with naltrexone, an opiate receptor antagonist reported to induce dendritic arborization and spine formation, showed performance similar to controls. Decreases in neuron number, such as seen with MAM exposure prenatally, have adverse effects on tests of rat intelligence. Treatments that induce dendritic arborization and synapse formation can ameliorate these deficits. The ability to modify brain structure permits direct testing of the causal role of variation in brain structure and behavioural performance.

It follows, therefore, that the tensile strength tests reported in section 4.5 should also be included in this section, as a direct way of measuring cohesion. All of the other ways are, therefore, indirect in that they measure other properties related to or as a consequence of the internal cohesion forces.

A technical file is required by the primary directives to document the conformity assessment and the product s design. The technical file shall be compiled by the manufacturer or authorized representative and contain design documentation, manufacturing procedures, test reports, and operation information to show conformity as required by the directives.
