Consistency level

As the microorganisms circulate through the bioreactor, the conditions change, and it is impossible to maintain consistent levels of carbon source, nutrients and oxygen throughout the vessel.

You can model the system context, and corresponding scenarios, system type model, and action specs, at any consistent level of granularity. The actions should be refined to the level where completion of the action accomplishes an atomic transaction with the system, and must be completed in its entirety by the actor to be meaningfully handled by the system. 

The three main parameters of clinical pharmacokinetics are clearance, distribution volume, and bioavailability. Clearance is the rate at which the body eliminates a drug. In order to achieve a steady-state concentration, the drug must be given so that the rate of clearance equals the rate of administration. A dedicated team or review board should be developed to review and approve all maturity-level deliverables upon completion of the attributes for the current level. This review board s purpose is to ensure that all deliverables meet a consistent level of quality and documentation. This board can provide feedback to process owners or QMS program group to communicate best practices and lessons learned. 

The dosing level of a drug should be about equal to its elimination half-life. This allows a more consistent level of drug in the blood over time.

There are both process aids and cleaning application uses of surfactants in the textiles field. Surfactants are used to help produce and process fibres into cloth which, once produced, needs to be cleaned prior to the dyeing steps. Surfactants also find use as auxiliaries to the dyeing process to help lay down consistent levels of dyes on fibre surfaces.

Several extended-release devices able to deliver a consistent level of corticosteroid to the retina have been devised.
