Appearance items

The standard requires suppliers to provide appropriate lighting, product masters, maintenance control, and qualified personnel should theg be manufacturing parts designated fay the customer as appearance items . 

Appearance items are those with surface finish characteristics that are visible to the end user. These items will be designated by your customer so you don t need to guess which items they are. Appearance is a subjective characteristic so means need to be provided to reduce the subjectivity and make judgement more objective. 

Samples indicating the acceptable range of color, gloss, metallic brilliance, grain and texture, and distinctness of image may be needed and, if not provided by your customer, those that you provide will need customer approval.

3 Prepare procedures for planning production of product lines, batched and single products.

The method of identification depends upon the type, size, quantity, or fragility of the product. You can mark the product directly (provided the item is not an appearance item ) or tie a label to it or the container in which it is placed. You can also use records remote from the product providing they bear a unique identity that is traceable to the product. 

Note that capital allowances do not appear in the expression since they are not items of cash flow. Capital allowances are calculated in order to determine the fiscal costs and thus the amount of tax payable. 

In 1991 a new independent state - Ukraine, appeared on the map of Europe. Before describing the state of affairs in non-destruetive testing (NDT) of items and eonstructions in our eountry, we would like briefly to present the industry of Ukraine and its potential.

Sodium benzoate is also finding increasing appHcation as a corrosion inhibitor. It is incorporated into paper wrapping materials for the prevention of mst or corrosion in the production of such diverse items as razor blades, engine parts, bearings, etc. It is also used in the automotive industry as a corrosion inhibitor in engine cooling systems (at 1.5%), mainly in Europe and Japan. Unlike in its appHcation as a preservative where free benzoic acid is required to provide antimicrobial action, it appears to be the benzoate ion that provides the corrosion protection. 

Piping Estimation The cost of fabrication and installation of process-plant piping appears to range from 18 to 61 percent of the FOB equipment cost as indicated in Table 9-56. This would normally represent about 7 to 15 percent of the installed plant cost and is obviously a significant item. The various available piping-estimation methods are as follows ... 

Factors considered to affect pond performance are air temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, and solar radiation. Items appearing to have only a minor effect include heat transfer between the earth and the pond, changing temperature and humidity of the air as it traverses the water, and rain. 

When the user and the vendor have worked together as a team, and if all people included give sufficient attention to details, the on-stream operation should be very smooth. Cellular cross-linked EVA is used in shoe parts. 

Manske has isolated from several papaveraceous plants an alkaloid aurotensine (items 9, 19, 23, 44, 47, 48 list, pp. 170-3) which occius in rhombic plates, m.p. 128° [a]n — 69-9° and appears to be an addition compound of I- and di-scoulerine (Manske ). Its dimethyl ether caseanine item 10 list, p. 170), m.p. 115-6° (hydrated) or 142° (ex benzene) must be tetrahydropalmatine (p. 292) and casealutine, found with caseanine, was shown later by Manske to be i-isocorypalmine.
