For the a system this decrease is approximately the same at the 2- and 4-positions, which expresses an equivalent electron withdrawing from nitrogen in both positions. On the other hand, the decrease in tr-electronic density is twice as large at C-2 as at C-4. 

Withdrawal from anaboHc steroid treatment is not required before slaughter because residue levels in edible tissues are negligible, and are significantly lower than other sources of estradiol such as the normal endogenous production in humans and the phytoestrogens consumed in plant food sources (1). 

Milk consists of 85—89% water and 11—15% total soflds (Table 1) the latter comprises soflds-not-fat (SNF) and fat. Milk having a higher fat content also has higher SNF, with an increase of 0.4% SNF for each 1% fat increase. The principal components of SNF are protein, lactose, and minerals (ash). The fat content and other constituents of the milk vary with the animal species, and the composition of milk varies with feed, stage of lactation, health of the animal, location of withdrawal from the udder, and seasonal and environmental conditions. Sample Withdrawal from Process A number of considerations are involved in the design of sample-withdrawal devices that wih provide representative samples. For example, in a horizontal pipe that conveys process fluid, a sample point on the bottom of the pipe wih collect a maximum amount of rust, scale, or other solid materials being carried along by the process fluid. Sample Transport Transport time, the time elapsed between sample withdrawal from the process and its introduction into the analyzer, shoiild be minimized, particiilarly if the analyzer is an automatic analyzer-controller. Any sample-transport time in the analyzer-controller loop must be treated as equivalent to process dead time in determining conventional feedback controller settings or in evaluating controller performance. Reduction in transport time usually means transporting the sample in the vapor state.

If HjS is continuously present in the flare gas or if the flare seal drum also functions as a sour water disengaging drum, then the effluent seal water must be routed to a sour water stripper, desalter, or other safe means of disposal. Withdrawal from the drum is by pump in place of the normal loop seal arrangement. Two pumps are provided one motor driven for normal use, and the other having a steam turbine drive with low pressure cut-in. The seal drum level is controlled by LIC with high and low alarm lights plus an independent high level alarm. 

There are two types of external documents, those in the public domain and those produced by specific customers. In some cases the issues of both types of documents are stated in the contract and therefore it is important to ensure that you possess the correct version before you commence work. Where the customer specifies the issue status of public domain documents that apply you need a means of preventing their withdrawal from use in the event that they are revised during the term of the contract. Storage tanks should, wherever possible, be installed above ground. The site selected should not be in an unduly exposed position. Clearance must be allowed for the withdrawal from the tank of fittings such as immersion heaters and steam coils. Where tanks are installed inside buildings, they should generally be located within a tank chamber, although in some industrial installations such as steelworks and foundries, a tank chamber may not be necessary. The requirements of insurance companies and local authorities should be considered when designing these installations. 

A sufficient number of specimens should be exposed initially to permit their withdrawal from test in appropriate groups, for example 3 to 5 duplicates after at least three time intervals. For long-time tests, a suitable schedule would call for removals after 1, 2, 5, 10 and 20 years.
