The use of ANN is highly developed due their great advantage compared with traditional computing systems. ANNs have a flexible structiue, capable to make a nonlinear mapping between input and output data sets. In fact, multilayer perceptrons, one of the more extended neural network architectures, are imiversal approximators for complex problems [12]. In contrast, parenteral suspensions have relatively low solids contents, usually between 0.5 and 5%, with the exception of insoluble forms of penicillin in which concentrations of the antibiotic may exceed 30%. These sterile preparations are designed for intramuscular, intradermal, intralesional, intraarticular, or subcutaneous injection. Syringeability is an important factor to be taken into consideration with injectable dosage forms. The viscosity of a parenteral suspension should be sufficiently low to facilitate injection. Common suspending vehicles include preserved isotonic saline solution or a parenterally acceptable vegetable oil. Ophthalmic and optic suspensions that are instilled into the eye/ear must also be prepared in a sterile manner. The vehicles are essentially isotonic and aqueous in composition. Rapeseed methyl ester (RME) is another alternative biofuel that can be used in diesel engines. RME has the advantages that it is renewable compared to diesel, non-toxic and less flammable compared with many other fuels, like ethanol. RME has the same cetane number, viscosity and density as diesel, contains no aromatic compounds and is biologically degradable with minor contamination in soil. RME can be produced from vegetable oils, but is mostly produced from rapeseed oil by pressing of the seeds or by extraction. Up to 3 tons of rapeseed can be produced from one hectare. The fatty acids in rapeseed oil are mostly oleic acid, linoleic acid and linolenic acid.
