Safety Department

The team should consist of members such as the PM, SS, safety department, training, maintenance, research, and however many others make sense for your site. If your site includes a building with a lot of activity, a representative who works in that building might be asked to participate in an inspection/audit. The team that audits might contain a variety of temporary participants.

The list of 8(e) notices as they have been published or otherwise made available by the EPA or trade press are followed closely by health and safety departments of companies in all types of industries. Taka Hiraishi obtained his Bachelor of Science (1966) and Masters of Science for Industrial Chemistry (1968) from Tokyo University in Japan.
