The size of the project team depends on the particular tasks that are to be performed and the hazards that may be encountered. The responsibilities of personnel and the laboratory s management structure must be clearly defined, by means of organizational charts, job descriptions and curriculum vitae for the personnel who are carrying out the study. Vertical differentiation refers to the depth of the organizational hierarchy. One key feature of an organization is the chain of command, or the number of levels between the owner or president of the organization and the staff. Is the company focused on pharmacy, and does it promote internally If both these answers are Yes, then there is a very good chance that a pharmacist can rise to almost any position within the company.
