Although computer equipment is used differently to other field equipment, raw data are being generated consequently, maintenance records are required. Documentation. It is important to add documentation to the input file to simplify debugging as well as to clarify the formulation of the optimization problem. The Notice of Errors. The first mechanism for correction of errors is called a "Notice of Errors."
