In the previous section, we have shown that switching the picture from the nearly integrable Hamiltonian to the Hamiltonian with internal structures may make it possible to solve several controversial issues listed in Section IV. Referees can also fulfill a secondary role of helping authors improve their papers. Liquid formulation in this context means nonsolid formulations. The vast majority of liquid formulations are based on water with a varying degree of other components present, although liquid nonwater formulations of enzymes have been described.
