The handling attributes of the parts capture the broad parameters involved in terms of their size and weight. Figure 7.2 illustrates the data for the water tank assembly. The assembly attributes data of the humidifier is illustrated in Fig. 7.3. The cost of items purchased comes from the bill of materials (BOM) and other costs can also be noticed. The assembling cost refers to the assembly activity, the items manufacture refers to the cost of items manufactured in-house and the assembly manufacture costs refers to the total cost of manufacturing the product. 

For the moulding tool the most expensive part to be manufactured is the cave insert, which is a mirror image of the fan grill, as can be seen from Fig. 7.8. The cave insert involves complex manufacture and the material attributes and the handling attributes data of it are shown in Fig. 7.9. The manufacture of the cave insert part is performed by sequence of tasks and these tasks have precedence. The methodology of the software allows this to be done rapidly. The tasks are then analysed for their resource requirements and Fig. 7.10 shows the analysis of Mill task. 

For the mould tool assembly, the handling attributes data are shown in Fig. 7.12. Such details were captured for all the parts, including the purchased ones. A section of the assembly task sequence for the mould tool is shown in Fig. 7.13, including the summary of cost.

Personal computers have introduced new ways to handle pdvate biblographic and text files. The most important factors to consider to achieve satisfactory results in building a bibhographic or text database are the type of information to be stored and the needs of the user. Types of information include correspondence, research results and documentation, meeting notes, and bibliographic references. In summary, H2O2 has no major drawbacks. Chlorine is a good system but has a number of less favourable attributes chlorate improves on some of these but a major problem is the need to handle solid. The Brocat system is capital intensive and therefore less flexible at lower volumes of effluent. It also cannot deal with salt solution directly.

An organic sulfur compound containing an acetal function had been oxidised to the sulfone with 30% hydrogen peroxide in acetic acid.
