My primary reason to use a descriptive specification was that it seemed the natural way of expressing what I wanted to express, which should be as good a reason as any with a top-level specification. I expect that it will seem equally natural to readers used to logic specifications, and also to readers used to conventional definitions of... 

In the long run, I expect that descriptive specifications will often serve as top-level specifications, whereas constructive specifications will be used as refinements before the actual implementations. For instance, one could make trusted-host specifications of some individual types of signature schemes.

As far as practical, the HR function should recruit, evaluate, and place the right person in the right job in terms of physical ability and psychological adaptability. Incorporate into job descriptions specific physical requirements, known hazards, and special abilities required for optimum performance. Note that the root (basic) canse mnst be an explanation (the why) of the direct cause, not a repeat of the direct canse. In addition, a cause description is not just a repeat of the category code description it is a description specific to the occurrence.
