The scope covers many other less basic exclusions, and inasmuch as the scope is occasionally revised, except for the most obvious cases, it is prudent to review the current issue before specifying or designing pressure vessels to this division. Any vessel which meets all the requirements of this division may be stamped with the code U symbol even though exempted from such stamping. 

Users should be the prime participants in the preparation process so that the resultant documents reflect their needs and are fit for the intended purpose - hence the requirement that documents be reviewed as well as approved. You will need to be able to demonstrate that your documents have in fact been reviewed prior to issue. The presence of a signature on the front cover is not sufficient evidence. To demonstrate that documents have been reviewed you will need to show that nominated personnel have been issued with drafts for comment and that they have provided comments which have been considered by the approval authorities. A simple method is to employ a standard comment sheet on which reviewers can indicate their comments or signify that they have no comment. During the review process you may undertake several revisions. You may feel it necessary to retain these in case of dispute later, but there is no compulsion for you to do so, providing you have evidence that the review took place. You also need to show that the current issue has been reviewed so your comment sheet needs to indicate document issue status. 

The extent to which low alloy steels react to high temperature corrosive environments is the subject of this chapter. In view of the commercial importance of these steels, the published literature on this topic is extensive and is being continually enlarged. The reader is encouraged to refer to the many excellent papers and current issues of the journals, referenced at the end of the chapter, for more detailed and contemporary information on the topic. 

The work of Matthies et al. [22] collects the current issues, methods, and tools for DSS, and that of Argent et al. [23] describes a DSS generator within which users are able to select and link models, data, analysis tools, and reporting tools to create specific DSS for particular problems, and for which new models and tools can be created and, through software reflection (introspection), discovered to provide expanded capability where required. This system offers a new approach within which environmental systems can be described in the form of specific DSS at a scale and level of complexity suited to the problems and needs of decision makers.

Incidentally, Schottky diodes do not have any reverse recovery current issues, but they do have some body capacitance, which can produce similar effects. However, that fear has always proven to be exaggerated. I have personally not seen any application having a performance issue explicitly related to a bad Schottky. The only exception was a case where the leakage current of the Schottky was so high, it was prematurely tripping the current comparators inside the switcher IC. And there was also a reliability issue once, concerning the dV/df rating of a commercial Schottky. Both these issues are discussed elsewhere in this book. 

Vaccination to induce an adaptive immune response is expected for a broad range of infectious diseases and cancers. Traditional vaccines are mainly composed of live attenuated viruses, whole inactivated pathogens, or inactivated bacterial toxins.
