Availability evaluation

The ability to recognize value and relevance is a uniquely human attribute. Computer algorithms to identify those citations with the greatest relevance are helpful and will continue to improve. However, currently available evaluated bibliographic databases depend upon human experts to identify the best citations. 

The second difference relates to the definition of a cutoff time point for the evaluation of the difference factor and the Rescigno index. When cumulative data are available, evaluation of the difference factor or the Rescigno index usually requires a reference data set in order to define the cutoff time point for index evaluation (30). For the evaluation of fl and the , i.e., when the difference factor and the Rescigno index are evaluated from non-cumulative data, this difficulty does not exist, provided that the release process has been monitored up to the end (i.e., until dissolution of the drug is complete). At this point, it is worth mentioning that a similar conclusion cannot be drawn for the similarity factor (31) because application of this index to non-cumulative data is set apart by the careful scaling procedure required, in addition to the existence of a reference data set. The reason is that this index can continue to change even after dissolution of both products is complete.

There are only a limited number of studies available evaluating the pharmacokinetics of salicin and its major metabolites in humans after oral administration.

The EndoTester has many applications. Reliability, risk and availability evaluation of port oil pipeline transportation system... 

ABSTRACT In the paper the semi-Markov model is applied to describe the port oil pipeline transportation system operation processes and its selected parameters are determined. Multi-state systems are considered and their reliability, risk and availability characteristics are fotmd. Next, the joint model of the systems operation process and the systems multi-state rehabdity is applied to the reliability, risk and availability evaluation of the port oil pipeline transportation system. 

The joint general model of reliability and availability of complex technical systems in variable operation conditions linking a semi-markov modeling of the system operation processes with a multi-state approach to system reliability and availability analysis is constructed. Next, the final results of this joint model and a linear programming are used to build the model of complex technical systems reliability optimization. Theoretical results are applied to reliability, risk and availability evaluation and optimization of a port piping oil transportation system. Their other wide applications to port, shipyard and ship transportation systems reliability evaluation and optimization are possible. The results are expected to be the basis to the availability of complex teclmical systems optimization and their operation processes effectiveness and cost optimization as well. 

However, due to the cheap computer power available, evaluation of single-crystal neutron diffraction data (at the level of atomic coordinates in the unit cell and the Debye-Waller factors associated with them) is a routine task nowadays. The trick is to apply direct methods of phase determination - methods that depend on the many mutual relationships (inequalities and probabilities) between structure factors and their phases. The simplest such constraint is that scattering power in solids is concentrated on atoms, which are well-defined regions by their size and shape. (For pioneering applications, see the works published by Karle and Karle (1966), Bernal and Watkins (1972) and Jonsson and Hamilton (1972).) Similar conditions cannot be cast into exact mathematical equations, but computer algorithms can easily cope with them. 

This chapter attempts to summarize current knowledge about the effects of retinoids on the immune system. Although more than 100 publications spanning a time period of 10 years can be cited on this topic, the information available is still quite fragmentary and rather incomplete. Therefore, it seems appropriate at this point in time to review the data available, evaluate their signiEcance, ask why research is not progressing as quickly as it might, and indicate those areas of research that require more attention in the future.
