Exaet outage time should be arranged, and the turbine prepared for the eontraeting erew or plant maintenanee erew. All personnel should be on the job or available to meet the starting date. [Pg.746]

The recommended initial step is to determine the duration of the study period for the analysis by first defining a start date. The end date is determined by the maintenance records. For computerized systems, the last update of the overall system provides the end date. For manual systems, it may be necessary to define an end date to accommodate the lag time in updating records. The start and end dates define the maximum calendar time that a piece of equipment is available for service. The operating time for this equipment will be equal to or less than the calendar period, depending on plant operations and the equipment s operating mode. [Pg.219]

The problem is that the regular-trial adverse events database and the serious adverse events database do not join well if at all programmatically. You can attempt to join or merge the two databases by event start date and coded term, and that will join many regular-trial adverse events to the serious events. However, this is far from foolproof, because of mismatches in adverse event start dates and because the adverse events may have been coded slightly differently in the two systems. The best way to link the serious adverse events and adverse events databases is to have the clinical data management system create a linking variable key for you. In lieu of that, the only way to reliably link the two data sources is manually. [Pg.34]

The primary goals of the project were to provide leadership in environmental stewardship and flexibility in regulation as an alternative to the command and control approach enumerated in the Cluster Rules (promulgated in 1998). The project, designated International Paper Effluent Improvements Project, was conducted at the International Paper (IP) Androscoggin Paper Mill in Jay, Maine (Figure 21.9) between the project start date of July 29, 2000, and its formal conclusion on December 29, 2004.81... [Pg.899]

Unnecessary It seems reasonable that the end date of the course is also changed. However, the relationship between the start and end dates and the course duration is not unique to this operation, so it has been captured in the type model as an invariant. It is sufficient to state that the start date has changed the invariant implies that the end date is also changed. [Pg.130]

Start date, duration/end date should be identified. The terms should identify at what point the study will be considered concluded, for example, upon delivery or finalised agreed trial report. [Pg.398]

Figure 9. Shellfish toxin data from Newagen, Maine. Upper panel is times of State closure to the taking of shellfish (>80pg/100g) for years 1972 to 1982. Bottom panel is "start dates" indicating when initial levels over quarantine are witnessed. These dates fall in categories 1) transition from mixed to stratified water column (May) and vice versa (Sept.) and 2) during summer meteorological events. Figure 9.
