With miles of tarred roads around the smelter shared by metal transport vehicles, contractors vehicles, and bicycles, a major road safety campaign was implemented. Two security personnel were selected and sent to the local municipality for training and were appointed as traffic controllers. They patrolled the roads and issued friendly warnings to traffic rule offenders. The objective was to educate rather than punish, but there was a three strikes and you re out policy, especially for contractors. A mobile, solar-powered radar road speed indicator was placed at different positions within the plant to remind drivers of the speed limit. A strict vehicle seat belt policy was introduced, and no one was allowed onto the premises unless all vehicle occupants were buckled up.

Slush Molding. This is the reverse of dip molding. A female mold is used to give any desired surface finish on the product. The mold is preheated, plastisol is pour into it, and gels onto the surface of the mold. The excess liquid plastisol is poured out, and the internally- coated mold is heated to gel, then cooled to solidify the rubbery product, and the product is stripped out of the mold. Typical products are arm rests, head rests, road safety cones, anatomical models, dolls, toys, and auto parts. 

The pathological outcome of these tests does not only call for further neuropsychiatric and psychological examinations, but it also means that the patient (and if the patient agrees, also the spouse or closest family members) must be fully informed about the situation. Safety measurement system (SMS) Quantifies the on-road safety performance of motor carriers and drivers to identify candidates for interventions, to determine the specific safety problems exhibited by a motor carrier or driver, and to monitor whether safety problems are improving or worsening. 

The expectations to new technology are of course comparable to already introduced and accepted technical solutions. This is especially true for on-road safety standards.
