Conduct a project kick-off meeting with the laboratory and project staff to clarify the sampling schedule and analytical requirements. 

Each collected sample must have its own unique identification number. The project staff will use this number to track the sample in the field and at the home office during the project assessment phase. The laboratory will use this number for matching the sample and the requested analysis. The laboratory will enter the field sample IDs into the data base and assign the samples with laboratory IDs for internal tracking. Analytical results will be reported for the samples identified according to their field and laboratory IDs. 

This project, therefore, will serve as an initial assessment of the forensic science profession specifically, its personnel (professional and para-professional), their education and training. The Foundation project staff is gathering descriptive data on the individuals within the profession, on the scientific laboratories in which they function, and on all the relevant education and training programs in the country. Information on crime scene evidence technicians and training courses will be included in this phase of the project. 

Project staff directly involved with both their professional group and the project team. 

Project staff should be trained as required for the project. Users should also receive training in advance of using a computer system. Indeed, all personnel using or maintaining a computer system are expected to be trained to the correct level of competency before they are allowed to operate that system. 

The roles and responsibilities divided and allocated between both the pharmaceutical or healthcare company and any snppliers need to be defined. A simple organizational chart can prove very useful when describing snch interrelationships between project staff. Resnmes of project staff should be collated and inclnde references to their education and degrees obtained, professional certificates, previous job titles and responsibilities, but most importantly to their competency to fulfill their roles. Resumes for temporary staff, such as supplier persormel, are often included as an appendix to the Validation Plan or associated Validation Report. Some pharmaceutical and healthcare companies may prefer to use a central management system to collate the resumes of their own permanent staff. 

Lose control of quality during what are often fast track projects. There are often large numbers of project staff from a variety of backgrounds, not all of which are necessarily conversant with either IT systems or validation. 

The overall goal can be derived in one of two ways it can either be based on the estimates from the due diligence - a top-down goal set by the companies management - or it can be built from the bottom up by the individual project teams. A pure example of either case is very rare in practice usually, a weak form of the top-down variety prevails, in which the compan/s management formulates objectives in cooperation with the relevant project staff.

Anne E. Lindsay. Chief of the Policy and Special Projects Staff, Office of Pesticide Programs, U.S.E.P.A., speaking from the perspective of a regulatory official, was struck by the amount and complexity of information needed to answer what seem to be simple questions pertaining to whether we can use a product safely or whether food treated with pesticides is really safe to eat. As a regulatory agency, it is EPA s role to perform that task on the public s behalf to take a lot of different kinds of information, evaluate it, and produce a very basic, public decision that a pesticide can or cannot be used.

Individual performance reviews of team members should be conducted on a one-to-one basis by the project manager. Project staff should be evaluated against defined roles and expectations, with the focus on strengths and areas for improvement. Individual contributions to the project should be recognized. The information should be transmitted to each team member s performance manager in order to update developmental needs and provide helpful information for annual performance reviews. Likewise, subcontractors and vendors also should be provided with feedback on their performance. 

The audit team was composed of four members two of them, including the audit team leader, were the NPP Dukovany I C reforbishment project staff members, the other two were I C consultants of the Scientech, Inc. company. A nuclear safety inspector of the SUJB and two staff members of the prime contractor, i.e. SKODA JS, participated in the audit as observers. 

Additional bombs will be delivered on the above targets as soon as made ready by the project staff. 

Partners provide insufficient resources to support the partnership. For example, key project staff members are unavailable. Schedules are missed, team members are unavailable, and one side has an inordinate workload. 

The motivation level of a project staff is directly proportional to the effort on the part of the project leader vis-a-vis the project.

As shown in part I of this figure, once the project funding is available, several test loops, components and instruments would be prepared and operated for the education and training of the project staff. Decisions on material specifications are important and high temperature tests including irradiation tests would begin. 

Upon completion of project resource utilization, the resources are finally entered into the WBS at the work package level. This compilation enables the specification of the total project staff strength for all project elements and activities. Therefore, the number of resources are represented which are requested for the staffing allocation (Barratt 2004).
