Original equipment manufacturing

These systems have been operated in extremely low quality (and radioactivity contaminated) industrial environments for the past several years without any major equipment or component failures. Utilizing specialized operating/warm-up procedures, they have operated in low grade, out-of-doors, dust ridden, rain-soaked, industrial environments at temperature ranges which greatly exceed the original equipment manufacturers (OEM) specified limits. The systems have been successfully operated at ambient temperatures of minus 10 to plus 103 degrees Fahrenheit without any pre-mature or un-anticipated equipment failures. 

For these reasons, CEC and DOE concluded that the only cost-effective method of getting alcohol fueled vehicles would be from original equipment manufacturers (OEM). Vehicles produced on the assembly line would have lower unit costs. The OEM could design and ensure the success and durabihty of the emission control equipment. 

Compound Manufacture. AH PVC must be compounded before used. Por the wide variety of requirements where PVC performs, it is usually not feasible to maintain a technical compounding knowledge at the user level. Often processors and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) purchase compound already balanced to meet the range of properties required and to do the best job economically. As of this writing, there is Httle commercialization of advanced battery systems. The torsional resonant response of a system is an interaction of all the components in the train. There are different items that have warranties such as equipment, products, and materials. Fulfillment of warranties tends to be a two-way situation. Oxidative catalytic converters are used to reduce CO and HCs originating from imperfect combustion in engines. At certain temperatures, these converters may also oxidize NO to NO2. Steel belts, in the high temperatures of a LCM medium expand considerably, and the multiple belt system helps to overcome this problem to some degree, by allowing easy adjustment for overall length. The belts used in these systems are customised to the particular equipment and normally can only be sourced from the original equipment manufacturer.

If the inspection shows that the valve seats are very badly damaged beyond lapping, re-machining will be necessary or it may be advisable to just replace these parts. If re-machining is to take place, then original equipment manufacturer s dimensions must be consulted for critical machining dimensions and tolerances.
