Muscle aches

Allergic alveolitis An allergic response to inhalation of organic particles that involves inflammation of the small terminal branches of the bronchioles. Symptoms include coughing, increased production of mucus, fever, fatigue, and muscle aches. 

Aromatase inhibitors are relatively well tolerated however have a number of distinct side effects are observed that stem from the state of estrogen deprivation induced by aromatase inhibitors. Side effects include hot flashes, joint and muscle aches, vasomotor symptoms and vaginal dryness. Variable effects of aromatase inhibitors on lipid levels have been observed. Trials comparing third generation aromatase inhibitors to tamoxifen have also repotted an increased risk of cardiovascular events in the group receiving aromatase inhibitors. 

Influenza is an acute viral disease caused by Influenza A (sporadic, epidemic, and pandemic) or B (sporadic outbreaks) virus. Symptoms typically occur suddenly and include high fever, chills, headache, muscle aches, sore throat, and malaise. Serious complications can be caused by bacterial superinfection of the respiratory tract.

Symptoms Symptoms appear about ten to twenty days after the Q fever rickettsia are inhaled. The symptoms resemble flu symptoms and include fever, chills, headache, fatigue and muscle aches. About one half of persons with symptoms will have pneumonia evident on chest X-ray and some of these will have a cough or chest pain. The complications of meningitis or and inflammation of the heart may arise, but these are uncommon. Normally, the duration of Q fever is two days to two weeks at which time the disease resolves without permanent effects on the individual.

Although the toxicity of metallic copper is very low, many copper(II) salts may have varying degrees of toxicity. Inhalation of dusts, mists or fumes of the metal can cause nasal perforation, cough, dry throat, muscle ache, chills and metal fever. Copper in trace amounts is a nutritional requirement, used metaholically in plant and animal enzymes and other biological molecules. It can be either a toxicant or a nutrient within a concentration that may be in the same order of magnitude. 

The adverse effects of interferon alfa-2b include fever and a fiulike syndrome of muscle ache, fatigue, headache, anorexia, and nausea. Other less common side effects include leukopenia, diarrhea, dizziness, and skin rash.
