Issuing procedures

In the half-decade since publication of the Oss and Oeric book, several others have issued procedures for psilocybian cultivation. Many mushroomgrowing kits have been presented to the public. There have even been "dung dealers" offering high-priced compost for sale.

Investigation report approvals Give names, titles, and approval dates. The approval structure would be set forth in issued procedure guidelines. 

Stored items should only be issued by authorized persons in response to written requests presented by persons having authority to receive these items. Appropriate records should be generated to document the ultimate destination of issued items, in order to facilitate tracing. The contractor reported that it was in compliance with procedural requirements after four new procedures were issued and changes were made to "WSRC Management Requirements and Procedures" (Sections 4.07 - 4.10) (Reference 20) DPSOP-40, "SRS Radiation and Contamination Controls" DPSOP 193-203, "Handling Contaminated Cases" (Reference 21). WSRC has established programs in compliance with Restart Criteria 5, 8,10, and 11. ROMP item SE-12 and WISRC-33 address Restart Criteria 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 9. A Reactor Engineering Technical Experts List Procedure is listed as a deliverable in the ROMP, 12.1.1-01. The staff has reviewed and commented on the draft of this procedure. The contents of this draft prescribe the methods for the establishment, use, and maintenance of the Technical Experts List. Since both procedures (RP 5.1101 and ROMP 12.1-01) are still in draft form, this is an open item, pending review of the final issued procedures. 

On the basis of positive results of the procedure attestation the statement about the possibility for use of the developed procedure is issued and approved in prescribed manner. 

In recent years, the three-level system of NDT experts certification, which corresponds to the EN 473, is being introduced m Ukraine The unified Rules of NDT Experts Certification will be introduced in the near future. This work is headed by the State Committee of Ukraine on Labour Safety), and with the aim of the most expedient transition to EN 473, the National Certification Committee of Ukraine on NDT was established by the initiative of US NDT TD. The applicability of the two-parameter equation and the constants devised by Brown to electrophilic aromatic substitutions was tested by plotting values of the partial rate factors for a reaction against the appropriate substituent constants. It was maintained that such comparisons yielded satisfactory linear correlations for the results of many electrophilic substitutions, the slopes of the correlations giving the values of the reaction constants. If the existence of linear free energy relationships in electrophilic aromatic substitutions were not in dispute, the above procedure would suffice, and the precision of the correlation would measure the usefulness of the p+cr+ equation. First is the question of what to use for an initial guess and second, whether the solutions will converge quickly or at all. The initial guess affects the convergence also, as an exact guess would immediately converge. 

AWS) has issued specifications covering the various filler-metal systems and processes (2), eg, AWS A5.28 which appHes to low alloy steel filler metals for gas-shielded arc welding. A typical specification covers classification of relevant filler metals, chemical composition, mechanical properties, testing procedures, and matters related to manufacture, eg, packaging, identification, and dimensional tolerances. New specifications are issued occasionally, in addition to ca 30 estabUshed specifications. Filler-metal specifications are also issued by the ASME and the Department of Defense (DOD). These specifications are usually similar to the AWS specification, but should be specifically consulted where they apply. 

Oxidative Carbonylation of Ethylene—Elimination of Alcohol from p-Alkoxypropionates. Spectacular progress in the 1970s led to the rapid development of organotransition-metal chemistry, particularly to catalyze olefin reactions (93,94). A number of patents have been issued (28,95—97) for the oxidative carbonylation of ethylene to provide acryUc acid and esters. The procedure is based on the palladium catalyzed carbonylation of ethylene in the Hquid phase at temperatures of 50—200°C. Esters are formed when alcohols are included. Anhydrous conditions are desirable to minimize the formation of by-products including acetaldehyde and carbon dioxide (see Acetaldehyde). 

Checklists. A checklist is simply a detailed Hst of safety considerations. The purpose of this Hst is to provide a reminder to safety issues such as chemical reactivity, fire and explosion hazards, toxicity, and so forth. This type of checklist is used to determine hazards, and differs from a procedure checklist which is used to ensure that the correct procedure is followed.
