Standard Template Library (STL) is a set of C++ classes standardized across a number of C++ compilers for different platforms. It is selected to build all analysis engines which require tremendous scientific calculations. Engine building in STL requires individual building or compilation for each platform that it supports. User can get pre-defined packages based on the platform they are using.

In contrast, the 1989 Newcastle earthquake in Australia was different because a more market-driven resourcing approach was allowed and the government only controlled building standards. The post-earthquake inflation in Newcastle was about 20 % (Shephard et al. 1997). This inflation was largely due to the differing view of clients engineers and insurers on what remedial work was required (Walker 1995).

After a complete study of quantitative factors, the selection of the building or buildings must be considered. Standard factory buildings are to be desired but if none can be found satisfactory to handle the space and process requirements of the chemical engineer, an architect specializing in this area should be consulted to design a building around the process - as opposed to a beautiful structure into which a process must fit. 

In both the materials used and the construction process, sustainability and efficiency will become standard. Improvements mjob site management and building design will reduce waste and cost of construction. Materials such as engineered wood, recycled carpeting, and cellulose insulation, which have lower environmental impact, will become cheaper and more widely available. Not only are buildings constructed with such material friendlier to the environment, they also provide higher-quality, lower-cost solutions.

Standards Most buildings have never been subjected to thorough engineering analyses. Traditional precedent and judgment as reviewed under Codes have (logically) controlled the standards. In fact if wood had never been used, it would be difficult to approve (burns, rots, etc.) of course it is ridiculous to assume that wood would not be approved.
