It is very likely that a PDF will have been developed by the end of the second, third or, at the latest, fourth meeting. The plan details the needs of fhe menfee, fhe objectives, fhe agreed means for achieving fhese and fhe envisaged timescales. To show you what a simple PDF format looks like, we have included a standard template (Figure 6.3). Feel free fo add your own elements to it, though ...

Treatment attractiveness is an overall metric of utility that can be a function of product attributes such as safety, side effects, price, etc. The evaluation of attractiveness can also be tied to specific patient segments or physician specialties to more closely replicate differential evaluations in a complex marketplace, providing an additional level of analysis and insight into the standard template.

D5mamic models are usually custom built to meet specifics of a given disease marketplace and the needs of a particular client team. However, a basic framework of the standard template is often a useful first pass in integrating the sector dynamics at play in many chronic indications, as shown in Figure 35.9. 

Standard template dynamic models represent a departure from traditional approaches, but have a number of distinct advantages that make their application a vital part of effective brand planning and commercial assessment.

Because the standard template takes inputs regarding the comparative utility of freaf-ment options and calculates resulhng patient shares and associated product revenues over time, it can be used to determine how good a new compound must be to attain a certain market share target. These types of analyses often prove useful in fhe early sfages of drug development when "go, no-go" decisions are made. 

A Standard Template dynamic model incorporates aspects of Patient Flow dynamics. Doctor Adoption of newly-release pharmaceuticals, and Treatment Attractiveness metrics of indication-specific therapies. 

To decide on the reference end of the examinational traceability chain, it is necessary primarily to define that which is to be examined. According to the IUPAC/IFCC Recommendation 1966 [5], the designation of a property must comprise identity of system and any pertinent components), together bearing the property, and the kind-of-property involved. Standardized templates for such designations are currently found in an IFCC/IUPAC database comprising over 10000 entries [6]. In some cases, the examination procedure becomes an integral part of the definition of the examinand.

Standard template The template simply provides the predefined sections on creation of the document. Users are then allowed to add, remove, or shift sections according to their requirements. 

The feasibility and practicality of the ACT sequence in obtaining diastereomerically pure n=4 telomers were investigated using the optimum conditions determined for template 24. The possibility of isolation of the desired n=4 template from all of the other reaction products by the use of HPLC was explored. In a standard template-free stereorandom methyl acrylate telomerization, three peaks are observed for the = 3 telomers by normal-phase HPLC and three more broad peaks are separated for the =4 telomers. Each of these latter peaks represents a mixture of isomers as determined by GC analysis. 

The CRM Plan is typically the first formal safety deliverable issued during a project. It fundamentally sets out the basis for the rest of the CRM activities. Note that the plan is not necessarily the same as the process. The process and SMS are agreed at an organisational level as a standard template or menu of CRM activities. The CRM Plan specifies the next level of detail - how the process will be applied to the particular product under consideration. 

The safety case is only likely to be compelling if it is structured and logical. The SMS should contain a standard template for the safety case.
