Completion report

The results of corrosion surveys are received by the Surveyor in an agreed format using Forms TMl - TM8, preferably with the LR software freely issued to the approved firms. The report will highlight any areas where corrosion has gone beyond the permitted maximum diminution, which may be as low as 15% of the nominal thickness for a single item, and will also identify areas of "substantial corrosion T.e., any in excess of 75% of the permitted maximum. Corrosion in excess of that permitted means that the item has to be replaced. Any areas of corrosion deemed to be "substantial" are recorded for annual inspection. The Surveyor will review the completed report for verification and confirmation of the completeness of the thickness survey.

Maintenance is not a glamorous procedure however, its importance is second to none. Maintenance procedures are always controversial, since the definition of upkeep varies with the individual interpretation of each maintenance supervisor. The latitude of maintenance ranges from strict planning and execution, inspection and overhaul, accompanied by complete reports and accounting of costs, to the operation of machinery until some failure occurs, and then making the necessary repairs.

You must report in this section the total annual quantity of the chemical sent to any of the off-site disposal, treatment, or storage facilities for which you have provided an address In Part II. You are not required to report quantities of the chemical sent off-site for purposes of recycle or reuse. Report the amou nt of the toxic chemical transferred off-site after any on-site treatment or removal is completed. Report zero for releases of listed acids and bases if they have been neutralized to pH 6-9 prior to discharge to a POTW. Complete reports of the experiments mentioned in this affidavit were prepared by Dr. Schuler and Dr. Ellenbeck. In the case of the Schuler [Dingl experiments, I, personally, had to handle the reports. These reports consisted of the minute details of every single case of each patient experimented upon. In fact, the reports were complete with detailed charts, indicating the fever curves, the death rates, the complications, and so on. The list for distribution included "I.G. Farben Hoechst Behring Works."... 

Numerous cases of arsine poisoning have been reported (Elkins and Fahy 1967 DePalma 1969). However, these reports lack definitive exposure concentration data and usually lack exposure duration data as well. Some of the more recent and complete reports involving nonlethal consequences are described in the following section. These reports do not provide quantitative data suitable for AEGL derivations, but they do provide valuable insight into the nature and progression of arsine poisoning in humans. In most cases, the severity of the effects was usually sufficient to necessitate medical intervention to prevent lethality. Some of the more prominent reports and those with the best descriptive data have been summarized, but the overview is by no means exhaustive.

For complex incidents or causes, confirmation of all scenarios or causes may require a lengthy period—perhaps years. Rather than waiting for this, the team should write a complete report, indicating open research action points. As the open research items become resolved, this status should be documented. If new information indicates that conclusions on recommendations should be changed, the report document should be updated or annotated as necessary. 

We should like to mention that this article describing models and methods is not intended to give a conclusive and complete report. But we want to give a review of the analyses of complex systems with respect to their structural and dynamic patterns. Some conclusions may be risky and may require confirmation or even modifications. We have raised some problems for discussion in order to accelerate the exchange of information in this fascinating field. 

This p aper presents a summary of the results and recommen dations of this meeting. A complete report is available elsewhere. 

Table 5.17 shows a complete report for the effect of all factors on the plate count. The overall relative standard deviation is displayed to give an estimate of the overall size of variations observed when all factors change together.

Finally, the departments responsible for the qualification and validation work should approve the completed report and the conclusion of the report should state if the outcome of the qualification and/or validation was considered successful. The final review is performed by the quality assurance department, which gives the approval of the report according to the company s quality assurance system [1]. 

The diagnostic proficiency testing schemes offer the additional feature of test selection. Participants are provided with brief clinical details and are required to select the investigations to undertake and when completed, report their findings.

The ethanol was removed by vacuum distillation at 40 °C and pressures of 203-208 mm of mercury. The eluates from both columns were combined. In all cases, the majority of the organic matter was contained in the cellulose acetate membrane concentrate. These procedures have been more completely reported elsewhere (7).

Deliver a clearly written, complete report of your results, highlighting any limitations that you attach to them. Your report might be written to be read only by a specialist (such as your instructor) or it might be written for a general audience (perhaps your mother). Be sure the report is appropriate for its intended audience. 

The form of the printed output varies from a simple paper tape with retention times and areas (perhaps followed by calculated concentrations) up through a fairly complete report which adds a sample designation, peak compound names, and so on. The results shown on a 2-inch paper tape are adequate for laboratory use, but may require transcription to a final report and typing by a secretary.
