Those countries apart, if there were much more space available I could outline research institutions for materials science in the many European countries that possess them, in India, China and Korea, in Canada, Brazil, Israel. The fact that I do not implies no disrespect for the many fine experts in those lands. 

This volume benefits from the contributions of 22 outstanding scientists from the United States, Brazil, and five European countries who are well known for then-competence, sound backgrounds, and personal research experience in food science and technology and related fields such as biophysics, biochemistry, biotechnology, analytical chemistry, quality management, and food safety.

This handsome mineral has also been found in Brazil, Hungary, the Philippine Islands, Arizona, and Tasmania. The Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia has some superb specimens of it from Dundas, Tasmania.

In October 2007, the Inter Academy Council (IAC) published a report on the road the world needs to take to attain a sustainable energy future [2]. The IAC represents the 150 science and engineering academies of this world and the report was written upon the request of Brazil and China (http //www. interacademycouncil.net). The co-chairman for this project was the 1997 Nobel laureate for physics, and current, as of 2009, Secretary of State, Steven Chu from Stanford University.
