Associated with factor costs are linkages with material suppliers, subcontractors and support services (e.g. temporary staffing agencies, travel agents, reference libraries, and office maintenance services). The availability and cost of these factors need to be considered.

Less Stress As a temporary, you can walk away from the work at the end of the day. None of the worry goes home with you. You get paid for the time you put in and all the problems belong to someone else. You don t have to put up with abusive people. If the situation is undesirable, simply call the agency and ask to be reassigned. 

Lack of Benefits You do not participate in the benefits of the companies using your services, and few agencies have developed fringe-benefit packages for their employees. Therefore, temporary workers must provide for their own vacations and insurance needs.
