Structure of the Report

The bulk of the material in this report is contained in design descriptions of a large number of SMR projects. This material is contained in chapters 5, 6 and 7. Chapters 2 and 3 give an overview of the SMR field. Chapter 2 discusses the market opportunities, the constraints and the extent of the development activity. Chapter 3 summarizes the activity on a national basis and on an application and reactor technology basis and includes a brief summary of some activities of the international organizations. [Pg.7]

A format for the reactor descriptions was developed over several consultancies and has been followed by all the contributions. The descriptions have been supplied by the reactor development teams in Members States. The descriptions are structured in the six sections listed in Table 1.1. [Pg.7]

Chapter 2 provides an executive summary of the most important points arising Irom the report. There follows an overview of significant trends in the four largest plastics market sectors, namely packaging, construction, automotive, and electrical and electronic applications (Chapter 3). This is followed by a brief discussion of some regional issues. [Pg.2]

The various additives are then considered alphabetically by category, in two sections. Chapter 4 gives an outline of the technical issues. Trends driving the markets and examples of specific products are discussed in Chapter 5. Some supply and demand issues are mentioned in Chapter 6, and environmental and legislative issues are briefly outlined in Chapter 7. [Pg.2]

Gerona-Navarro and coworkers in 2004 have reported the synthesis and the evaluation of a series of new 2-azetidinones (Fig. 50), derived from phenylalanine [281], which were designed on the basis of the structure of the reported (3-lactam inhibitors [367] and the residues implicated in the active site of the HCMV protease [417]. These compounds have been evaluated against HCMV in human embryonic lung cells [418], and the results compared to those obtained for the reference compounds, which were the model (3-lactam la of Fig. 49, the viral DNA polymerase inhibitors DHPG (ganciclovir), and HPMPC (cidofovir). [Pg.197]

Once the hardware installation qualification protocol has been completed, the test results, data and documentation are formally evaluated. The written evaluation should be presented clearly and in a manner that can be readily understood. The structure of the report can parallel the structure of the associated protocol. The report should also address any nonconformances encountered during the hardware installation qualification, and their resolution. The hardware installation qualification report summarizes the results of the verification and testing of all hardware technologies that are part of the system. [Pg.67]

The structure of the report separates our performance measure data from those sections devoted to telling the PotashCorp story. The report gives the readers facts, figures, and support data. Interpretation is left to the reader without influence from the Company. The report also explains the company s operations and how they fit into a strategy based on sustainability. [Pg.299]

Due to the rather confusing situation in the pharmaceutical literature, where the term "microemuision is indifferently used to indicate systems of pre.sum-ably unlike structure ( true" microemulsions and miniemulstons). in the present chapter it will be used without actual concern for the effective structure of the reported formulations. [Pg.307]

This report proposes a standard format and content for a benefit-risk evaluation report and also lays down the principles for good decision-making practices. The proposed structure of the report is as follows ... [Pg.77]

Although more systematic analysis and attention towards the organizational contribution factors can be seen in the recent reports of AIB, the structures of the reports have more or less the same over the last two decades. They are all started with a summary, which briefly explains the event and the findings of the investigators. The reports continue with general description of the vessel, external condition at the time of the accident, and then the accident and the possible performed rescue operations. [Pg.76]

In designing SHE information systems, we must be aware of these filters and biases. We will here be concerned with methods for the collection and analysis of data on accident risks. How to accomplish reliable and comprehensive data collection and analysis, while taking the knowledge and motive structure of the reporters and investigators into account, will be a recurring theme. [Pg.145]
