Additionally, color may also serve as a key to cataloging a food as safe. Undesirable colors of meats, fruits, and vegetables warn us about potential dangers or at least of the presence of undesirable flavors. Here, it can bee seen that system modules are not directly matched to process structures defined in the Supply Chain Planning Matrix. Also, the asymmetry between market facing parts of procurement and sales are not intuitive. However, APS extend the perspective on business applications extending the classical tasks of ERP and transactional systems to a management and planning level. Since chemical products provide a broad variety of services such as "cleaning", "coating", "colouring" and "greasing" the ChL model is applicable in a multitude of industry sectors. In addition ChL is applicable to large companies just as to small and medium enterprises. Based on the experiences obtained to date, ChL business models have the greatest success when applied to processes that are not yet optimised with regard to chemicals consumption.

How relevant and how reliable is the data on which companies are assessed Sources of data can range from predominantly subjective questionnaires to precise scientific measurement. Environmental performance indicators need to be identified and agreed upon, at least on an industry basis. How they are to be measured should be clearly specified. It will always be difficult to compare CERs from large multinationals with those from small and medium enterprises, particularly as the former could be reporting at any one of a number of different levels - site, national, regional, business or corporate.

The inhalation exposure level is the amount of substance per m in the breathing zone of the worker, which is the volume of air within 1 metre in any direction of the worker s head). Measuring the exposure level of each activity would be the ideal approach to assess the associated risks. But this is not realistic, not in general and especially not for small-scale situations [45]. The accurate measurement of health risk through atmospheric monitoring requires many samples in order to take into account within, and between, worker sources of variability [46-48]. According to the global trend, companies are aiming to achieve the sustain state due to a higher value for companies as well as the increase of their competitiveness particularly for small and medium enterprises (SME) (Henriques and Catarino 2014).
