Team size is important. Less than three contributing members, excluding tbe secretaiy and leader, will probably reduce team effectiveness. A team size of five to eight, including tbe leader and scribe, is probably optimum. 

Review Documentation The project review team leader has the ultimate responsibility for documenting the results of the project review. This responsibility may be delegated to a team scribe or secretary to record trie review minutes and issue a summary report with listed action items. For new rotors, where the elements have not yet been put on the rotor, other techniques can be used. First, the components can be individually balanced on a precision mandrel. Precision means that the runout is a few tenths of a mil (.001 inch). The runout high spot should be scribed on the mandrel. The new component now can be reasonably well-balanced. As the component is removed from the mandrel, the mandrel mark should be transferred to the component. When all the components are completed, the shaft is checked for runout. The high spot should be marked. As the components are stacked onto the shaft, the marks on the shaft are aligned with those transferred to the component. Chapter 3 de.scribes the methods (except facility risk review), hence, we go to examples of each. 

The HAZOP team consisted of a HAZOP leader, scribe, process engineer, senior operator, and afety engineer. Previously, the HAZOP leader collected information on the process design (e.g P lDs, operating procedures, emergency procedures and incident reports) for distribution to each team men The leader sectioned the process and identified process deviations prior to the HAZOP.

A second type of CRGT plant involving modification of the fuel before combustion (Cycle B3) is shown in Fig. 8.14. Thus this FG/TCR cycle has an element of the semi-closed cycle plus modification of the combustion process. The chemical process involved in this cycle has been described in Section 8.5.4, but there is now no simple comparison that can be made between the FG/ TCR cycle and the basic STIG cycle, as de.scribed in Section 8.6.2.1.
