On the part of the contractor team, two root causes were identified, root cause 1 being insufficient training of the contractor team leader. He was uncertain of permit systems, specifically whether they should report in at the end of shift, and, if so, who should do it. The second root cause relates to the procedure used at the end of the shift for supervisors to sign back permits. Although according to procedure all workers should hand back permits to supervisors in person, in practice this did not occur. The second perspective might be that of the leader of some large project where chemical analyses are just a side issue, where sample numbers are large and chemical niceties might be completely swamped by, say, biological variability here a statistician will be necessary to make sense of the results in the context of a very complex model. Chemistry is a bit harder to relate to than many other industries in that the measured quantities are often abstract, invisible, and only indirectly linked to what one wants to control.

It is quite common for a Catalysis project leader to set up a structure of empty packages and use them to enter stub specifications, designs, and relations (such as refinements) between them that must be completed in downstream development. The "teachers" or discussion leaders could be either one of the participants or an invited academic or industrial "expert". These "in-house" courses have increased in popularity and today are part of many companies schedules of activity. 

This will be the most celebrated chemistry conference at M. M. University and an outstanding event for brand exposure to the thought leaders in the field of chemistry and associated research areas. The innovations and researches in this field are already impacting the society positively and hence we could expect more innovations that will contribute to the sustainability of human beings in this century. Main conference tracks being chemistry and bio-chemistry, and biotechnology, bio-nanotechnology, natural products and other related research areas, I have no doubt that this conference can promote such developments and innovations in the field of Chemistry and its interdisciplinary research fields.

Advances in Gas Phase Ion Chemistry is different from other ion chemistry series in that it focuses on reviews of the author s own work rather than give a generai review of the research area.
